Clean Your Entire Home With These All-Natural Supplies

This last weekend I was inspired to air out the rugs and do a deep clean of the floors in our home. I took each rug outside, shook it out well, and laid it in the sun for a few hours to let the sun do it's magic disinfecting work! While the rugs were outside, I vacuumed, swept and mopped before bringing them back inside. Boy, do the floors shine now and the rugs are brighter, too!

I think I must not be the only person in the mood for a bit of spring cleaning, so I made this little infographic for the basics you'll need to clean your whole home naturally! I share more specific details for spring cleaning in my posts over in the homekeeping section of the site if you'd like more guidance.

The great thing about these ingredients is that you can use just these 5 things (baking soda, washing soda, borax, white vinegar, sal suds) to clean your entire home. I never buy room specific (like a kitchen cleaner), or even item specific (like a toilet cleaner) products anymore - I just use one or two of these ingredients listed below for all of that. This method is great not only because there aren't any harsh chemicals, but it's way cheaper too!

Feel free to download the infographic below and send it to your friends, or print it out and keep it near your cleaning supplies.
